A usability report is an assessment made by a usability consultant based on best practice - sometimes called a heuristic review. The usability consultant will assess key pages and attempt certain tasks typical of those that most users would be expected or desired to be able to complete efficiently. If a user can't use your site they won't use your site.
The final price depends on the size of the site and the number of issues found but I can work to a limited budget/set number of hours if needs be. For a small site or select areas of a large site, this price would usually include a SEO site audit and ecommerce review if appropriate.
Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to sound out if it might work for your needs and learn more.

"Reviews in any measure and at any stage, from walk-throughs of paper prototypes to tuning copy and transactions – even half a day’s consultancy and the smallest changes can make a huge difference."Marta Eleniak,

"The average UI has some 40 flaws. Correcting the easiest 20 of these yields an average improvement in usability of 50%. The big win, however, occurs when usability is factored in from the beginning. This can yield efficiency improvements of over 700%."source: Landauer, 1995
