Meleniak was founded by Marta Eleniak in 2002 when usability was a relatively new concept, to put powerful user experiences within the toolkit of web teams, intranet managers, web application developers, those responsible for marketing online, companies wanting an ecommerce solution and any web design company.

Aimed at increasing profit as well as user satisfaction and web accessibility, meleniak’s consultancy is rooted in both web site usability and marketing, delving deeper than traditional heuristic evaluation (i.e. rule-of-thumb review) and user testing. This uncommon sense doubled RAC’s online revenue, increased usage of their route planner by 60%, enabled the development of over a hundred intranet sites for a major global FMCG company in a year and provided the best B2B sales leads for the international engineering company Zellweger Analytics.
